Locations#
The locations represent the places where the appointments take place, like a clinic or an institute. Default appointment location is assigned to each subject. If default appointment location is not enabled in Study configuration > Available subject study data, the location field is not displayed during adding or editing a subject.
During filling a new appointment or new subject form, the location field is mandatory. Custom management of locations is described in Configuration > Locations.
Image below shows available locations for an appointment. As each user (worker) is assigned to some locations, therefore that worker can add subject/appointment only in the locations he is assigned to.
