Contact attempts#

This section allows to write down all attempts to reach out to a subject via phone, fax, email.

Click on the Subject on the left column.

Then select the subject that you want to contact and click on the Edit button.

Then when you see Edit subject page:

Scroll down and click on this button:

After you just need to complete the different fields and to click on the Add button.

When you clicked on the Add button, you will see that.
